So after watching last nights shootout again, I’ve come to this conclusion: Pavs chose not to score on because he has confidence in his other teammates and wanted to see them in the spot light a little. If he had scored, he would have won the game and ValFil would never have had the chance to score (with a Pav like move). Some might even say that Pav gave Fil some useful advice before his attempt.
